About Michael
Michael Ferrara is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a strong finance and global affairs background. He was an accomplished global executive at a Fortune Top 50 firm for 17 years before joining Chastain Park Capital Partners, LLC as an independent financial advisor.
As an avid marathon runner, Michael draws parallels to his advisory business in how he helps clients navigate through the highs and lows of their investment portfolios. He works relentlessly to simplify personal finance and investing, determined to help break the barrier of intimidation that often accompanies working with a financial advisor.
A resident of Chastain Park, Michael is proud to be a mentor at Buckhead Church for their MoneyWise and Intersect programs. He also serves as a volunteer at local charities, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team In Training program and Kate’s Club, a children’s grief organization. Combining his love for travel and running, Michael has completed marathons on every continent and each of the World Marathon Majors.
When he isn't out conquering the terrain on foot, Michael can be found enjoying the simple things in life: spending time with his family and friends, expanding his knowledge base with a good book and catching the local sports teams live in person.

Michael dedicates his time working with investors on eliminating debt, building their long-term financial confidence, and collaborating on financial plans for their future. He coaches his clients on how to tackle major life events like getting married, managing large inheritances, and planning for future education expenses.
In regards to asset management, Michael works with the heart of a teacher to build and explain diversified portfolio strategies centered around his clients’ individual needs taking into account each investor’s risk tolerance, life stage, goals and other unique preferences and requirements.
